Jared Bingham

Founder & Managing Attorney

Jared Bingham is a Utah native, born and raised in Weber County. After high school, he served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the German, Munich Mission. After his mission, he attended and graduated from Weber State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Integrated Studies degree in English, German, and Military Science. He then attended law school at the University of Wyoming, where he earned his juris doctorate degree in 2001. During law school, Jared served as an Articles Editor for the Wyoming Law Review. He was also part of a moot court competition team. After law school, Jared worked in private practice from 2001 to 2003, when he was appointed to be a U.S. Postal Inspector with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, where he worked for 21 years in federal law enforcement. During his time with the Inspection Service, Jared served as a Team Leader, Inspector-Attorney, and as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Western District of Washington. Jared started his private practice in 2013 as a “side-hussle” doing estate and business planning work for clients. He loves helping individuals and families with their estate planning. He especially enjoys helping business owners with all aspects of estate, business, and tax planning. Jared is licensed to practice law in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming.

Tyler Woodworth

Senior Estate Planning Attorney

Tyler Woodworth grew up in Northern Utah. After high school, he served a two-year mission in Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul). Upon his return, he attended Brigham Young University. While at BYU Tyler’s favorite classes included debate, political philosophy, and competing in the Model United Nations as a delegate for BYU. Tyler graduated from Brigham Young University, earning two degrees in Political Science and Portuguese. After graduation, Tyler attended Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida, where he received his Juris Doctorate. After law school Tyler, clerked for the Honorable John Baxter at the Salt Lake City Justice Court. Tyler actively serves in different community organizations and boards. Tyler served as the North Davis Kiwanis Club President from 2019 to 2021. Tyler has been a Kiwanis Club member of the North Davis Kiwanis Club for over a decade. Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, playing and watching sports, being in the outdoors, and volunteering with his family’s activities. In 2011, Tyler began practicing law, where he first started helping people with their estate plans. Tyler enjoys helping clients find the right solution to address their estate planning needs. Tyler is licensed to practice law in Utah.
